Nashville companies hosted a celebration of construction for 615 Third, a state-of-the-art, 8-story, Class A office development currently under construction at the corner of Third Avenue South and Lea Avenue in the exploding SoBro district of downtown Nashville. This ‘new view of Nashville’ will serve as the headquarters of The Mathews Company, R.C. Mathews Contractor, Colliers International, and Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon, Inc. It includes +/- 13,000 square feet on the ground floor for retail or office use. Nearly +/- 40,000 square feet of rentable space remains available for lease.
During the celebration, a time capsule filled with 2016 representative items, was placed at the site. Construction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2017.
